This season we are reading "The Education of the Negro prior to 1861" by Carter G Woodson. We will meet 4 Saturdays in a row from 6-8pm at Wheatley Park in Dallas starting May 31- June 21st. You can expect Learning, Fellowship, and Connectivity. Connectivity because Negro Parks are where our people enjoyed community. Wheatley Park was originally called "South Dallas Negro Park." Note: our locations selections are very Intentional. Each week you can look forward to engaging speakers, silent reading as a group, and engaging discussions.
