About the event
Dr. Ashley Wade is excited to collaborate with our Community partners at Sankofa Kitchen for an educational, enlightening Book Study. Join us in person each Saturday in March 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th from 1:33pm to 3:33pm to Read and discuss topics related to Black Culture and our forward progress. You don't want to miss the Q&A session hosted by Dr. Wade. Our intentional book selection is, "The Black Student's Guide to Positive Education," by Baba A. Kondo. You can expect High Level Conversation, Connection, and Study time.
Healthy bites will be provided by Sankofa Kitchen, where "It's Fresh Food, Not Fast." We believe that Self- esteem, awareness and knowledge are key and we do that my learning and growing together In Collective Consciousness. We have you covered.
